Founded by Keanu Taylor, a food scientist and culinary instructor, Trilo Coffee blends science, craft, and hospitality into a one-of-a-kind tasting cart experience. From classroom labs to farmers’ markets, Keanu has always been driven by a passion for flavor discovery and a love of sharing food with others.
